Laser rejuvenation device

Laser skin rejuvenation procedure

Equipment for laser rejuvenation is represented on the market by devices for laser ablation (solid and fractional), devices for non-ablative laser rejuvenation (erbium, neodymium, diode lasers) and devices for laser phoresis. Depending on the wavelength, the laser rays penetrate to different depths and affect strictly defined targets in the tissue (structural proteins, blood, water, pigments), so each laser rejuvenation device solves its own various aesthetic problems.

Devices for laser ablation

The main target of ablative laser for rejuvenation is water, which evaporates during the procedure. In the damaged area, the active process of cell regeneration is launched, the skin is renewed, rejuvenated and tightened. Continuous laser ablation (laser peeling) is very painful and requires a long recovery, so now specialists prefer devices for fractional (spot) laser rejuvenation. They are considered an alternative to surgical lifts - the results are amazing. Fractional laser rejuvenation procedures are indicated for significant signs of aging: ptosis, deep wrinkles, age-related pigmentation, significant imperfections in skin relief.

Devices for non-ablative laser rejuvenation

The group of devices for non-ablative laser rejuvenation is quite large. The neodymium laser is ideal for removing vascular patterns from the skin (the target is blood hemoglobin). Diode lasers for rejuvenation primarily affect collagen, causing remodeling, and as a result, lifting and tightening the skin. The non-ablative erbium laser works in the same way as the ablative laser rejuvenation machine - it evaporates water and damages tissue, activating regeneration - but does not affect the surface of the skin.

Instrument for laser phoresis

Equipment for laser phoresis provides deep penetration into the skin of a rejuvenating cocktail (most often, hyaluronic acid preparations act in this role). This procedure allows you to deeply moisturize the skin, completely smooth out fine wrinkles, improve the skin and skin texture. Laserophoresis does not cause tissue heating and slowly stimulates the natural renewal process.

What kind of equipment for laser rejuvenation to choose is a difficult question, because the "specialization" of lasers is quite narrow. In well-known aesthetic medicine clinics, ablative lasers are more often used to achieve radical rejuvenation effects. Beauty salons usually offer non-invasive laser rejuvenation or anti-aging laser phoresis. The decision to buy one or another laser for rejuvenation depends on many factors: budget, local demand, specialist qualifications.
